The hotel's location is perfect, right across from Retiro Park, which is amazing for a leisurely stroll or picnic. there are bus stops and a metro station nearby, making it convenient to explore the city.
There have been some complaints about noise from the nearby street, despite the double windows.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was comfortable, and we slept like babies. The room was very quiet, offering a peaceful retreat. The view over the Retiro park was gorgeous, and being right across from the park was amazing. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness was perfect. The staff was helpful, especially when I lost my ATM card. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in the city center.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel and we were absolutely delighted with our experience. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & Wellness Centre and the Sauna, were exceptional. the service was impeccable and the staff friendly and helpful. the Leisure/TV room was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. the in-room breakfast was delicious and served promptly every morning.
this did not detract from the overall exceptional experience we had at this venue.
